	This letter  is  written  in  reference  to  your  purchase  order
No.HL-853884 covering the purchase  of a 6  component wirst mounted  force
sensor for your Model SEA manipulator.  We expect to ship this unit on  or
before November 12, 1976.  Per our  discussions, the unit will be  shipped
without internal electronics. In  accordance with our earlier  statements,
we will deduct $500 from the purchase  price.  You have agreed to work  on
the electronics yourselves.  This is  acceptable to us.  In the  meantime,
we will  also  be developing  our  electronics,  and should  you  wish  to
purchase this at  a later  date, we  agree to  supply them  at this  price
($500) installed.\.
